Monterey Car Week inspires many wish lists. When it comes to this Mecca of automotive wants, the week generates a long list. But for now, we want just two things: We want your E30 M3, and we want to give you a fantastic parking spot at Legends Of The Autobahn.

So, we want your E30 M3 and know that doesn’t make us unique. But we’re not buying (although some might be tempted). We do, however, have a really nice parking spot on the lawn at the Nicklaus Golf Club August 18 reserved for your E30 M3 at Legends of the Autobahn. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the E30 M3 in the U.S. so we’re honoring God’s Chariot with its own E30 M3 corral at Legends of the Autobahn.

Legends continues to grow, receiving more and more media attention and record crowds each year as its reputation as a premier event during Monterey Car Week reaches new heights. Media requests have been pouring in from literally across the globe. So you there with the E30 M3, this is your year. Want to be judged in the Concours classes? Not a problem—the judges will know to find your car in the E30 M3 corral.

Don’t think your beauty is ready for a Concours? Also not a problem. Register for Legends in the Display Corral and we’ll point you toward the E30 M3 corral as you roll onto the beautiful fairways at the Nicklaus Club Friday, August 18. Then stick around for the weekend at the track for Festorics too!

So let’s say you’re like most of us and don’t have an E30 M3, but you do have a BMW and were thinking of coming to Legends of the Autobahn, but don’t want to haul a week’s supply of cotton swabs along with you for the Concours classes? The Display Corral is for you. Criteria for the Display Corral? Have a BMW (ok, Mercedes or Audi, too) and ideally, will people pause when they see it. This year, the Display Corral is sponsored by KW Suspension and also includes its own People’s Choice Award, presented by Hagerty. So even without needing to brush the grass off your tires, you might drive off the fairways with a trophy!

The other benefit of the Display Corral is that your pass will get you access up the front drive to the Nicklaus Golf Club. Spectator parking—although just a bit off the fairways, takes you more than five miles past the entrance off of Highway 68 and costs $20. Display Corral is $40 after registration and puts you right on the lawn, keeping your car easily accessible throughout the day. Drop off your gift bag full of sponsor treats or return to your car to stow your extra layers as the morning fog rolls away. Not bad for essentially premier parking for your ultimate driving machine.—Kyle van Hoften
