Do you have an issue with a BMW dealership or service center? An Ombudsman can provide insight and offer help on disputes after you’ve exhausted other avenues.

BMW CCA Ombudsmen are volunteers who offer to help club members who have exhausted other means of resolving an issue. After an inquiry has been submitted, an Ombudsman will be assigned based upon which of them has the most experience with situations similar to yours.
