If you still have money left over after you have finished spec’ing out your new M4 with every package, option, and accessory available in the BMW Configurator, you can always turn to the M Performance catalog to drive the price of your M car even higher and make it look and feel even better.

The carbon fiber aerodynamics package includes a front splitter, intake grilles, side skirts, and trunk-mounted rear spoiler. The carbon fiber treatment is also applied to the rear diffuser, mirror caps, roof, and Akrapovic quad exhaust tips.

The M body graphics will probably look best against the Mineral White Metallic or Alpine White non-metallic paint, although you could make a case for the other available colors.

The Alcantara-wrapped M Performance steering wheel with race display and carbon-fiber trim has also been known to peg enthusiasts’ cool meter.

BMW prepared a video to show what it all looks like together. The company isn’t saying definitely that you can use a BMW app on your iPhone to prove that your M4 will be faster with all this neat stuff on it; it’s just sort of implying that you can use a BMW app on your iPhone to prove that your M4 will be faster with all this neat stuff on it.

You might also conclude from the video that another purpose of putting all the additional M Performance accessories on your new M4 is to make other M4 owners jealous. If that’s the case, we suggest that unless you actually own a huge factory complex that you can race through with impunity, you settle the issue on the track.—Scott Blazey
