Phillip Eng, Maxime Martin, and Alexander Sims drove the #99 Rowe Racing M6 GT3 to a fourth-place finish in the three-hour Blancpain Endurance Cup race at England's Silverstone circuit on May 15. Their teammates, Nick Catsburg, Stef Dusseldorp, and Jen Klingmann, finished twelfth.

Eng got by the Mercedes driven by Indy Dontje late in the race and held him off for the fourth place finish. The overall win went to Maxi Buhk, Dominik Baumann and Jazeman Jaafar in a Mercedes-AMG GT3. The winners held off the Audi R8 LMS driven by Dries Vanthoor, Frederic Vervisch, and Laurens Vanthoor for the win.

The fourth place finish for the Rowe M6 GT3 represents a return to the team’s form in the Blancpain Sprint series season opener in Misano, where Eng and Sims made the podium. The team struggled in both the enduro at Monza, where both cars dropped out of the race, and the sprint at Brands Hatch, where Eng and Sims finished sixteenth in the main race.

The next Blancpain race is an enduro at Circuit Paul Ricard in France on June 24-25. Blancpain races are streamed live on the series website.—Brian S. Morgan
