Update 1/26/16 at 3:00 p.m. EST: The election ballot mailing was further delayed by winter storm Jonas. The new ballots will arrive by mail in the next three to five days, with an expected delivery date before Monday, February 1.

    OFFICIAL NOTICE: PLEASE DISCARD THE ELECTION MATERIALS MAILED WITH YOUR JANUARY ISSUE OF ROUNDEL.

    There has been an error in the delivery of the election ballots mailed with the January issue of Roundel in regards to the required voting labels. Please discard the election materials enclosed in the plastic bag that came with this month's Roundel Magazine. Our printer—who has taken full responsibility for the error—will be mailing new ballots to all members.

    Please do not vote using the current ballots that were enclosed. Everyone will receive new ballots addressed from the BMW CCA that will contain instructions on how to vote. 

    Already mailed your ballot?
    If you have already mailed your ballot, it will be counted. We have brought the error to the attention of the accounting firm that is handling the vote counting and tabulation. The accounting firm will be eliminating any duplicate ballots to ensure no votes are counted twice.
