    Mailing Delay: There has been a delay in the delivery of the January issue of Roundel to members with associates due to the insertion of required voting labels. Members with associates can expect their magazine to arrive by Wednesday, January 21. 
     
    When your January issue of Roundel Magazine arrives you'll find voting ballots inside of the polybag. Primary and associate members will have a mailing label affixed to the election notice included with Roundel. Individual ballots returned may only be returned by mail and must have the member's mailing label affixed to it, or it will not be counted. 
     
    Important: Associate Voting 
     
    Associates will need to photo copy the election ballot sent with the January issue of Roundel and place the associate peel-off label onto the ballot where indicated before mailing it in. 
     
    Voting Period And Candidacy Statements 
     
    Voting opened on Friday, January 2, and will close Friday, February 20, 2015, at noon Eastern Standard Time. Results will be posted on the Club website that same day by 5:00 p.m. EST.
