It's not a race—it's a rally! The TSD, or "Time-Speed-DIstance" rally is a longtime favorite for many members of the BMW Car Club of America, and it is certainly a favorite at the BMW CCA Oktoberfest. In this clip from O'Fest 2014 in Beaver Creek, Colorado, BMW CCA President Bruce Hazard discusses the specifics of the TSD rally for those unfamiliar with the pastime, as well as the route taken this past June through the beautiful canyons and mountains of Colorado.
