Club News

Former BMW CCA executive director Wynne Smith is no stranger to fundraising for charities. Now she's helping to raise awareness for the American Lung Association, and their big pledge event: Fight for Air Climb in Greenville, South Carolina on September 20. Smith is helping to organize a fun event that will help raise funding to battle chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung cancer, and emphysema.

The Fight For Air Climb is the American Lung Association's signature event, taking place at the Landmark Building on North Main street in Greenville. Participants will race up hundreds of steps in a vertical road race, of sorts; teams and individual participants can use the event as a fitness target, as a race, or as a great way to be active and meet new friends!
