Sportscar365.com reports that Fall-Line is evaluating an M6 GT3 program for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship series GTD class in 2016.

With Fall-Line unlikely to campaign its still quick but aging E92 M3s in Continental Challenge next year, plans for the team and its talented drivers Ashley Freiberg and Trent Hindman have been the subject of paddock speculation.

Fall-Line team manager Michael Harvey told SportsCar365.com that he attended a test at Sebring last week in which a Team RLL M6 GTLM and a Turner Motorsport M6 GT3 were run. He said that BMW NA is interested in another GTD program. Harvey is working on funding and working to get a car in time for the beginning of the 2016 season.
