Tim Beechuk Elected North Central Regional Vice-President
 
When voting closed on Friday, February 20, current Buckeye Chapter President Tim Beechuk was elected North Central Regional Vice-President over Sean Hayes, David W. Brighton, and James Walters.
 
Dwayne Mosley Elected South Atlantic Regional Vice-President
 
Sandlapper Chapter President Dwayne Mosley was elected South Atlantic Regional Vice-President over David Levin and Al Butler.
 
Steve Johnson To Become President This March
 
Current Executive Vice-President Steve Johnson of San Diego, California, ran unopposed this year for president and will assume the role this March when he is officially installed at chapter congress. In accordance with Article 5, Section 7 of the BMW Car Club of America by-laws, ballots were not submitted for the position of president, as those positions were unopposed.
 
*Article 5. Elections
Section 7. In those elections where there is only one candidate for each and every office covered by the election the Board of Directors need not follow the provisions of Section 4 above. In such case the Board of Directors shall announce the names of the candidates running for office without opposition in Roundel; voting need not be required. The Board of Directors shall ratify the election of the candidates at the annual meeting. 
 
About the Elections
 
North Central and South Atlantic Region members voted by using the paper ballot cards mailed with their January Roundel; additional paper ballots were available from the National Office. 
 
Members had to be in good standing as of December 16, 2014, to vote in the election. Voting opened on Friday, January 2, 2015, and closed Friday, February 20, 2015, at noon Eastern Standard Time.
 
The Club would like to thank all of our candidates for their dedication and spirit of volunteerism, and also congratulate the winners. Without our volunteer leadership, we would not be the Club we are today!
