Home to Vermont's premier cooking academy, let your inner-chef shine as a professional shows you the fine art of preparing a 3-course meal sure to impress! This trip of land, air and sea will be one for the ages as we embark on scenic road trips over mountains, around lakes and through covered bridges. We will float high above it all as we take turns at hot air balloon rides during the opening reception and enjoy a lazy afternoon boat ride on Lake Champlain.
