Join us as we feed our spirits in the state of Green Mountains, maple syrup and gorgeous scenic drives.
The adventure begins with a 3-night stay at Vermont's Culinary Resort and Spa, The Essex. Home to Vermont's premier cooking academy, let your inner-chef shine as a professional shows you the fine art of preparing a 3-course meal sure to impress!
This trip of land, air and sea will be one for the ages as we embark on scenic road trips over mountains, around lakes and through covered bridges. We will float high above it all as we take turns at hot air balloon rides during the opening reception and enjoy a lazy afternoon boat ride on Lake Champlain.

When not in cooking class, we encourage you to enjoy one of our pre-planned scenic drives, visit Ben & Jerry's for an ice cream on us, hike the Sunset Ridge Trail or spend a few hours relaxing at the hotel spa. Fitness Center pools, hot tubs and relaxation lounges are included. Spa treatments require advanced reservations.
