2004 330CI - Well-sorted, 6-Speed, Sport, xenon, seat heaters

Description
Great condition and great spec E46: 6-Speed, Sport package, , Xenon, Heated seats, OEM wind deflector. I bought this car last year to replace my 330CI coupe and while I really enjoyed top-down driving, I realize that I’m more of a coupe-guy than a convertible-guy. I have too many cars, so this one is now available for its next caretaker. I’m a long time PCA and BMWCCA member and am picky about my cars. Simply put, if something is broken or it needs maintenance, the car gets fixed. When I bought this car it was in great condition but it had deferred maintenance and a few cosmetic items needed to be addressed. Here’s a list of recent fixes / upgrades the car has received by me or the prior owner. Recent Maintenance: - Coolant system refresh: New radiator, expansion tank, water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, hoses, belts, pulleys, tensioners and sensors. - Preventative oil leak maintenance: New valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, Vanos line, oil pan gasket, oil level sensor and power steering hoses - Suspension refresh: New front control arms w/ bushings, New struts and strut mounts, new sway bar bushings, end links, Rear struts, New front strut brace, and 4-wheel alignment - Michelin Pilot Sports (2022 - prior owner) and new 18x8 CSL replica wheels (all 4 original wheels were curbed). - Tune up: New spark plugs, coils, O2 sensors, DISA valve, ECU software update w/ latest OEM updates. - Brake flush and clutch fluid flush - New convertible top motor (prior owner) - Recent Brakes (prior owner) Cosmetic fixes: - Full paint correction and ceramic coating - New convertible batwings (B pillar headliner covers) - Refinished rear bumper and left rear quarter panel (paint cracks and dent) - Replaced left power mirror (fixed inoperative mirror controls) - Replaced left rear LED taillamp (fixed broken LED bulbs) - Replaced driver’s door vapor barrier (it was missing) - Replaced under hood insulation (it was missing) - Replaced wind deflector mounts (new OEM) - Replaced convertible top hinge cover (new OEM) - Replaced hood and trunk struts - Replaced fog light assemblies (the old ones were faded and yellowing) Overall the car is in great condition and can be enjoyed immediately. The automated climate control works great with cold AC and no issues. All maintenance items have been addressed and everything works. The car has no leaks, the top works great with no wind or water intrusion. The imperfections are cosmetic or minor and typical of cars with lower mileage. The seats have creases in the leather from normal usage. I reconditioned, redyed and covered the seats during my ownership to help preserve the leather. The paint is original and in good shape however there is minor road rash on the hood, headlights and front bumper. The front bumper has touch up areas and some scratches. It looks great from 5-feet but up close you can see issues. The radio volume knob is intermittent (common problem) but the steering wheel controls work fine. The automated headlight switch has a fault (green blinking led). The lights work but I'm not sure why the green led is blinking when it's in auto mode. The top cloth has sun fading on the areas across the top bows but there are no tears or issues. More photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/1znu2FT3NejUh1Sy5
