Time to find a new home for this beautiful Dinan Certified Stage 3 (Stage 3 software, Intake, Strut Bar and Exhaust) M3 convertible with factory 6 speed manual transmission. We enjoyed the car for 3 years and now it's time to hand it off to another enthusiast. I'm going to start with extensive maintenance undergone under our ownership.
@84,243 miles - Rebuilt VANOS with new Solenoids, gaskets and Cam Bolts. Inspected exhaust hub tabs and no issues found. Replaced VCG, Oil Service, Engine Mounts, Drive Belts, Rear Diff Seals, Diff Fluid, Power Steering Lines, Brake Fluid Flush and Cabin Filter. @ 82,521 miles - Oil and Filter Service. @ 81,900 miles - New Battery. @ 81,021 miles - Thermostat, coolant flush and Diff Fluid. @ 80,559 miles - 4 Wheel Alignment, @ 80,535 miles - RTAB’s, Rear Shocks/Shock Mounts/Boot and Diff Fluid. @ 77,985 miles - New windshield, Oil Change, AC service. Rod Bearings were replaced under warranty @ 23,434 miles. The car went under a through inspection and anything which needed attention was addressed. No subframe cracks found during inspection. There are no leaks and no weird smell coming from the engine compartment. No seepage from oil pan gasket. Clutch is strong and bites hard. Dinan Stage 3 software in conjunction with CAI and Exhaust bumps the HP by 24 HP and 17 ft-lbs torque. It also raises the rev limit by 150 rpm which provides a broader power band and greater road speed in each gears. The top speed limiter is also removed and improves throttle response in both normal and sport mode. The exhaust note especially with top down is just music to ears. It's not obnoxious and provides a much deeper tone than the stock exhaust. On the cosmetic side, recently went through a major reconditioning. Resprayed the entire front end (Bumper, Hood, both Fenders, Headlight Lower Trims) as the front bumper was damaged while backing up in a parking lot. Have pictures of the damaged bumper. Decided to refresh the entire front end while replacing the bumper. Front bumper was replaced with original BMW Front Bumper, not some after market cheap bumper. Replaced both headlight lenses, headlight lenses gaskets, both turn signal assemblies, bumper reflector and driver side lower headlight trim. Along with all the New front end parts, following parts have been replaced during our 3 years of ownership. Windshield cowl, Bosch wiper blades, trunk grab handle kit, both driver and passenger front wheel liners, gloss black Kidney grills, gloss black fender grills, clear side markers, bumper reflectors, fog light trims, rear inner taillights, rear ash tray, center armrest tray, license plate holder and low and high beam bulbs. Undercarriage is extremely clean and rust free. Car has been a southern car until 7/2022 and since then it has only been driven on nice sunny days. Always garaged. Has not seen snow/salt. Interior is excellent condition with no rips or tears. Everything works as it should. Options include Premium pkg, Cold weather pkg, HK sound and Piano blk trim and black convertible top. The power top works flawlessly. No rips or tears or fading. Clean Carfax history. Car comes with 4 keys (including the valet key) and all receipts of all the work performed under my ownership.
