Mississippi River Headwaters 3-Day Trek

Our Annual Fall 3-Day Adventure takes us north to experience the headwaters of the Mississippi River and the surrounding area. The trip will depart from Minnetonka the morning of Friday, September 19 and will return the evening of Sunday, September 21. We will explore the pine forest-lined country roads and take in the lake-dotted scenic landscape of northern Minnesota. We’ll also explore the nearby towns, including a visit to the legendary Paul Bunyan statute in Bemidji. On Saturday, we will visit Itasca State Park to experience (and hopefully walk across) the headwaters of the Mississippi. This will be a fun weekend filled with laughter, delicious food and drink, memorable sights and entertaining roads. Come join your BMW friends as we soak in this iconic Minnesota experience. Participants are responsible for all costs associated with the trip, including hotel, restaurants, gas and other various expenses. Note, there is a daily fee to access to Itasca State Park. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver form prior to departure.
