Just as other top chefs around the world have done, Daniel Scordato has opened an artisan pizzeria where the craft of making pizzas has reached the highest level. Through innovative cooking techniques and by using sophisticated dough, Scordato’s Pizzeria produces crusts that are light and crisp on the outside, slightly chewy on the inside. The menu also includes a large variety of traditional Italian dishes. The Scordato name is a mainstay in Tucson’s dining scene. Jim Scordato Sr. opened Scordato’s in 1972.
Attendance is limited to 30 persons. Reservations will be closed at 5:30pm, Wednesday August 13thth.
