50th Anniversary Driver School and Club Race

Please come join us for our traditional annual June Club Race/Driver School to benefit the Westlake School to be held at our home track at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ.  This is a perfect spectator event given the proximity of the track to the majority of our members, the excitement of Club Racing and the joy of the kids from the Westlake School who come as our guests. Take a personal day and come out to the track! Driver School: We anticipate a full school for this event based on our success of past years.  To accommodate the maximum number of students possible, there may be a greater range of driving skills than usual in each group. As always, acceptance preference is based upon the registration date. REGISTER EARLY TO SECURE YOUR PLACE IN THE SCHOOL!   Club Race: the Club Race description and registration link are in a separate listing. We anticipate a well-attended event with two racer run groups. 50th Anniversary Celebration: The NJ chapter was the first chapter in BMW CCA to hold a driver school starting in 1974. Scott and Fran Hughes started it all (and started Club Racing!) and will be joining us for this celebration. We will have a banquet Monday evening in the Officer's Club at Thunderbolt. Further details are still being planned but do not miss this special event.
