First, let me say that I am not a heated-seat retrofit expert. In fact, I have never executed a heated-seat retrofit. All I can say is that I have done a lot of research on heated-seat retrofit for a 2007 BMW E92 with sports seats. I believe I have assembled all of the necessary parts and information to do the retrofit, but I can’t guarantee it.
BMW Style 42 two piece wheels by BBS were optional on the BMW E39 5 Series sedans. The 2 piece wheels were built with 19 each titanium M7 X 24 bolts. A 8M triple square bit is required to operate these bolts. I have two sets of 19 used bolts in good condition that I removed from two Style 42 wheel centers available for sale.
Our M3 is up for sale. It is in as new condition. New tires, (Continentals), all fluids have just been changed, recalls have been completed, carbon fiber roof, new battery, film protected paint since new, no accidents. I just don’t drive it enough, it should go to someone who will.
I am the 3rd owner overall having the car since since 2013. Prior to that was a Texas car. Under my watch has never seen snow as I take it off the road and rarely rain (only when caught unexpectedly). Everything works as expected except for drivers door opening with the key fob to unlock the door (will work to lock it). I use the key to unlock it. Passenger side works normally...
