I just got my membership card, to my surprise the wrong name was on the front of the mail. I opened it up and the name and member number do not match my name or number I received in an email confirmation. I will call when the BMWCCA office is open.
Call the office at 864 250 0022 and you should be able to get it corrected in just a couple minutes. They're good at this.
Well, after the first call I thought it was a fluke. After the 2nd it was time to investigate a little further and found the error. All we can do is recognize the error and take care of it as quickly as possible. Please don't call the office. Replacement cards went out last Thursday,
