Just purchased my second BMW, '08 328xi, would like to install a set of window deflectors. Anyone have any comments or suggestions?
Suggestion Have never put these on a bimmer but have seen many with them installed. I have purchased WeatherTech deflectors for a Jeep and really like them. The only possible concern I would have with a bimmer is if they would interfere with the auto-up function of the window (if installed).
A quick phone call... My Y/M has the anti-close sensor to prevent you from crushing some poor kids fingers in the window when activating the close function so the deflectors may actually interfere with the functionality of this safety feature. I would be less concerned with the auto-up feature and suggest you check with your local BMW stealership regarding the anti-close sensor...
