Is it my imagination or did all the threads and candidates' posts about the election and by-law referendums disappear? Any reason those threads couldn't be saved for posterity? Are they still accessible? Listed in some forum list I can't access? Might be nice to be able to compare promises with performance going forward, even if it is quite obvious from the "turn-out" that no one really cares... What is the Club's policy on archiving forum threads?
Phil, The forums are at http://www.bmwcca.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=197 They were hidden, for the lack of a better word, to reduce some of the clutter.
Thanks Steven. So they're not accessible from the Forum menu? Essentially no one can find them without asking for the link?? Unlike important topics such as "drifting" which get a permanent listing/link?
Sad but true... I think more individuals are interested in drifting, unfortunatley. I spent a great deal of time visiting and speaking with chapters throughout the North Atlantic region about the importance of placing their votes for their candidate of choice, and the turnout was lower than I thought possible. Maybe we can create more interest in three years.....
