Grant County is in the running for a $200 million factory to make carbon fiber material for next generation electric BMW cars. If it happens it would be a 200,000 square feet facility with 180 employees, built later this year on land a few miles east of Moses Lake's city limits. It would be a joint venture between BMW Group and SGL Group - a $2.3 billion German maker of carbon-based products. Interesting, I wonder where this is?
