have to sell 2002tii '72. help with determining fiar price. all virtually orig., never restored, factory air
Check out www.2002ad.com and see what they are selling some of their 2002s for. Currently they are selling a 73 tii for almost $20K. Good luck. GR
R&M Sez I was just on R&M's website and I believe they had sold a 73 resto Tii for 20K. Original is always better and if it's in very good condition, you can ask for more. Personally, as an owner of a 70' 2002 I hope you move the market upwards.
Had a customer with a nice green tii resto (round tail light IIRC.) He couldn't get 18k for it when the resto was fresh and the economy was good. Full Kormann suspension package, 5 speed and all. He still has it.
Why on earth would he want to sell it? A restoration costs more than what it'll sell for, so I'm sure he didn't restore it for the money...
Dunno. Just lost interest, I guess. Has about $25k in it. Just read the Hack Mechanic article where he sold his for $9500.
Don't mean to hyjack your thread, but did these cars ever come with power steering and if not when did BMW offer P/S and on what model? thanks! Nik
realoem.com Look it up. Everything you wanted to know about BMW parts. very early cars do not have all parts listed, but I know that if it came with an M30, it had power steering.
