New owner & BMWCCA member here. I've already learned a great deal about my 335i (2007 sedan, manual trans, sport, premium, Montego blue, 22k miles) from this forum and first wanted to thank all of you for sharing your extensive knowledge and expertise. My question deals with the display screen of my iDrive. I would like to turn it totally off at times, especially at night. After I select the "Display Off" button, the screen does indeed go blank, but is still dimly illuminated with a blueish tint. Am I missing something here? I want it OFF - totally black. Thanks in advance for your help!
