I snail mailed a two year renewal in on 11/09. It has not shown up on the website yet (or in my credit card charges). I assume you guys are just behind given the incoming pre-buy volume due to the rate increase. When can I expect to see my membership information updated? I tried calling this morning, but the lines were busy.
