This weekend I'll be mounting new tires & wheels on my '07 328i sedan. Anybody know the torque I should apply to the lug nuts?

    Thanks, - Neil g.

80-90ft-lb. I usually set my wrench to 87.

the specific info ought to be in the owners manual

    different year/models could be different

It is my understanding that with the exception of the X5's all BMW's torque specs 87 lb ft., +- 7.

Yup. I would wager that the X3 is the same as the X5, but I have never had a wheel off one of those yet.

It could happen, he could have a stud kit on it. Doubt it though. I think he meant bolts.
