I am original owner of E46 (2004 330 CI) with 86,000 miles. I replaced Water pump at ~ 55,000) and recently replaced DISA (completely shot - waited too long, but got it out in time before causing trouble). I have a slight leak in radiator expansion tank so I am about to replace this along with hoses.
I just read that it may be time to replace Radiator, as well. Any suggestions for replacement (OEM vs.???)
I am going to replace VANOS seals and Oil Separator, also. Anything else I should be doing while I have things apart?
    Thanks in advance,

I would check your oil filter housing gasket as well. These almost always start leaking eventually. As a plus it is much easier to replace the ccv with that removed. The gasket from BMW is very inexpensive. Don't forget to grab new Vanos oil line banjo bolt crush washers while you are there.
