Have you got a working manual sunroof hand crank? Driver's side sun visor with bracket? Is it a manual, and if so, do you have the rubber insert that goes under the shift boot to reduce noise coming from under the car? What about front window switches? Paint in good condition and do they require effort to press on? (Do they work?)

If you want to take the time, the window switches in E30's are serviceable - I disassembled mine and cleaned the contact points. AZ, at this point in time, most of the original center-tunnel rubber boots/inserts are aged and dried enough that you might be better off to eventually get a new one.
