Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with have any thoughts on, or herd anything on the "Sprint Booster Drive-by-Wire Power Converter" sold by Bavarian Autosport? The claim is it eliminates that annoying lag when first accelerating from stop or after braking and accelerating again. A a problem caused by the electronic throttle control apparently. My girl friend is tired of the whiplash. Are their any known concerns I should be aware of ?
Never tried it, but if it's automatic I have the same car. Bump it over to Sport mode and it takes the lag out, then just switch back. It will be annoying at first, but then you will get used to and it will save you a couple hundred dollars.
