If you own a BMW and just have the AUX jack I want to tell you about the DLO TuneStik remote. I purchased this today and it works wonderfully. If you are lamenting purchasing an Ipod adapter, this product allows you control your Ipod from up to 25 feet via a very small remote control and the Ipod can be left in the center console to charge or whatever. I really like this alternative because the Ipod adapter does not offer ANY advantage in sound quality and the remote for this product can be attached to the steering wheel or kept in the little cubby hole in front of the center console fro easy access. The only feature loss is you still will not be able to see what you are listening to displayed on the BMW radio, but for 10% of the cost of the Ipod adapter I can live with that. Several companies make similiar remotes. Save money GET this. This is a viable Ipod solution.
