Those who have been to BMW Roadster Homecoming will be familiar with "Tweety Bird" the AA Supercharged Dakar yellow 2000 M Roadster from central PA. Well, Tweety's owner has decided that the centrifugal blower just isn't good enough and has recently taken receipt of a new AA twin-screw blower. So, in the next few weeks, the centrifugal blower is coming off Tweety and heading to Connecticut. (If I don't head to PA to do the transplant in person.) I plan to get out as soon as the weather permits and the CT roads are salt free to get a baseline Dyno run. Then follow up with an "after" run when the SC has been installed. More to come...
