OK...please don't flame me for this question. I ran several searches (on this forum and throughout the web) but haven't been able to get an answer to this question (well, conflicting answers is more like it).

I am a member of BimmerForums.com (used to hang out there a lot before some unscrupulous behavior by one of their moderators) and had researched the single vs. double VANOS for my 2000 540iA M62TU. The info I remember stated that I have the Double VANOS on the 2000 M62TU but my Bro just told me that I have the Single VANOS according to a thread he read on the BFc.

Can anyone tell me, without a doubt, whether I have the Single or Double VANOS?

Thanks for any and all assistance...:D

M60 up to 95, no Vanos
    M62 96-98, no Vanos
    M62TU, single Vanos
    S62, dual Vanos
