First, sad there has been no posts for over a year. Completed an oil service 4,000 miles ago (at 42,000). Sensor would only read "OK" in the middle of the scale. Added 1/2 qt and would not read full. Have "Add 1qt Warning" now (yellow) and added 1/2 qt last night. Still have "Add 1 qt Warning" this moring. Is it "probable" that the Oil Level Sensor is bad? Not a fan.
Amazing, added a quarter of a Quart....1/4 of a Quart Bottle and rechecked later in the day.... Now reading "Max" (green) .......go figure. Swapping out the sensor tomorrow morning. Leaning towards selling the car.
