ready to change oil im my 2006 750i and I need to know the proper location for the oil filter and the right tools for removal of filter. I looked under the car and I think the drain plug has an allen head screw and I see a housing about three inches away from that drain plug and I would like to know if this is the filter housing. It also has an allen head screw and also a socket head bolt.
