Hi everyone, I'm totally new and have never owned a bimmer. I joined the forum because I'm considering buying an '86 E325es. The car belongs to a co-worker. I'm looking for an inexpensive commuter vehicle but it would be nice to find one that has class (hence the 325es) instead of being just another econo-box. I would appreciate any insight you would like to share. Is there anything I should look out for? Good web sites for more info? Special maintenance issues? Oh yeah, good mods ? You get the idea.
