Dealer provided me a summary sheet on an offer to lease an X5. There is a line item called "BMW Acquisition Fee". It is $925. Does anyone know what that is? Does it only apply to leases?
I hit up google since I know squat about leases - one post likens it to a loan origination fee; charged by BMW Financial Services, presumably to cover their costs involved for their part of the leasing process, I would guess.
