any body know what code 1510 means? i just got new breaks on my 323 and the ABS light still doesnt come. i took it in to NTB and they ran a test on it and all there computer said was a P1510 code and that i would have to take it to BMW. im just trying to figure out what this code is and how can i turn my ABS light off.
P1510 is a BMW specific code and indicates a stuck idle control valve. This has nothing to do with and will not light the ABS light. I agree with NTB, it is time to let a professional Indy or BMW center technician look at the ABS system. It is likely a wheel sensor but you will be money and time ahead getting it properly diagnosed. Enjoy!
