Great Service from BMW of Ocala

    :pWhile traveling from St. Petersburg to Amelia Island in our (new to us) 2003 525i we experienced a chime & a "Low Oil Level" warning. We stopped, added the quart we carry and were directed to BMW of Ocala. At the dealership our car was checked for the proper oil level then placed on a lift so the technician could look for possible leaks. Our car was given a clean bill of health with the comment "Of course, there's no charge". We puechased a couple of quarts of oil just in case and were sent on our way with reassurances plus the phone number of the BMW dealership in Jacksonville if we had further issues.
    Finally, a thank you to BMW of Ocala for treating us as people not opportunities. There are dealerships in my county that would have charged us to read the codes and one hour of shop time to check for possible leaks. This dealership has earned our business for both our BMW's.
