My 325 keeps letting me know is 37 degrees or less outside (like I couldn't tell). I understand that this is a frost warning and it cannot be turned off. However, I read that the behavior can be changed. Here are the two behaviors:

1 ) Temporary Frost warning Active : When the temperature drops below 32°F, it'll beep, the display will flash for a few seconds. After that, the display goes back to the last shown menu option in the OBD.

    2) Temporary Frost warning Not Active : Same as above, the only difference is, after flashing for a few seconds, the display stays on the Temperature mode.

My car is set on # 2

Here's my question, can I change the behavior myself? or does the dealer has to do it?
