drivers window works; all others make a clicking noise in the door, but no action. Any quick thoughts on this to save me a little time and trouble appreciated.

The motors are probably stuck from lack of use. I start by holding down on the switch then opening and slamming the door a couple of times. If that doesn't work (and even if it does) you will want to pull the door panels and shoot some lube directly into the gearbox and the motor. I don't have time to make a drawing, but there are vent holes in the motor can that you can spray lube into.

What do you suggest as a spay lube? Something thin like RemOil w/ Teflon?

I have used lithium grease and various other types of spray lube with teflon and had good results. I have not had to replace an E30 window motor yet.

Mine are a little slow, I think I will give them a shot of lube like you suggest. Maybe that will speed them up a little. :)

That usually worked when I had customers complaining of slow windows.
