E24- Wheel Replacement

    I am replacing wheels and tires on a 1988 635csi. Looking for info on good experinces.
    What brand wheels? What size Wheels? What brand & size tires have you had good
    service from?

    Welcome to the forum Imany.

    There are so many wheels so the market today, it would be impossible to name them all. But since so much is riding on them - like brakes & tires - personally I wouldn't risk a cheapo, unproven brand.

    You might also look for some that are TUV rated - I understand that reflects a tested, quality product. Find out where they are made.

    For some brands to look at try Tire Rack & Discount Tires Direct - among many others. Tire Rack is neat to see how different styles look on the car.

    Better brands include, but are not limited to: BBS, OZ, Borbet, Rial, Enkei, Forgeline, HRE & BMW.
