Door panel delamination

I have a 95 M3, and the fabric and vinyl on the inside door panels is delaminating. I recall reading about this in the late 90's, but cannot find current info.

The fabric portion has a very thin under-layer of foam that is also breaking down.

    Any tried and true fixes?

    Thanks for the links, john.
Seems that Gorilla glue is the current opinion. I have used it outdoors, with wood, and it has held up well. It does expand a lot.
Anybody have experience trying to apply a super thin layer? Does it come as a spray?

Be extremely careful with Gorilla glue -- it is very easy to let the application become very messy -- as it is not, to my knowledge, available in a spray.

And, it is a nightmare to safely remove from sensitive clearcoats.
