I tried to set this up, but I'm not sure if its a dealer thing or not. On the iDrive, I set it up so the lights stay on for 40s after the engine is turned off, doors are locked and closed etc, but then nothing happens. Am I supposed to do something else?
I believe you must pull back on the turn signal stalk (like flashing the high beam) to activate the "path light" feature. The headlights should come on and stay lit for the time interval that you set, then go off.
