My wife 04 x3 has a CES light on. My my code reader says "function-check tank venting", "mixture preparation bank 1 & 2". She does not top it off and the gas cap is secure, any ideas? Thanks for any help. Kerry Pohlman
It seems like cracked/split intake boots are common, (behind the MAF). They throw codes that imply mixture issues.
