    Bridgestone Autocross Schedule

The daily event schedule will be as follows: (All times approximate and are Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings)
    7:30AM Site Open
8:00 – 9:00AM Registration Check-In at the timing trailer (all drivers check in!)
    8:00 – 9:15AM Tech Inspection Open
    8:00 - 9:15AM Course Open for Walking
9:00 - 9:15AM Novice Course Walk and Meeting
    9:20 - 9:40AM Mandatory Driver's Meeting for ALL Drivers
9:40AM 1st Heat Drivers report to the Grid
9:40AM 1st Heat Workers report to Worker Chief
    10:00AM 1st Car on Course
We plan to run two sessions during the day; a morning session and an afternoon session. Each session will have two heats. Half the drivers will run in the first heat and the other half will work in the first heat. Drivers and workers will switch for the second heat. At the conclusion of the morning session there will be an approximately one hour break for lunch. Cars that ran in the second heat of the morning session will remain in grid during lunch. After lunch the cars in grid will run the first heat in the afternoon session. At the conclusion of the first afternoon heat we will again switch workers and cars in grid and conduct heat two.

Attached is the site map, including a tentative course map. The grid and paddock lot is a active lot but there generally are not many cars there. Please be considerate when choosing a paddock space. Large rigs should try to park to the south end of paddock.

There are a number of cars that have not yet specified a class. Please make every effort to determine the proper class for your car prior to registration check-in.

Looking forward to two great days of autocross!
