I am three months away from lease-end of my '22 M550. It has been a great experience, as was my '19 M550 and two 550I Msports before. I have owned 25 BMW's. With no new version coming out I have to contemplate what to do. This is my daily driver. I cannot find a replacement. I do not want an M5. I am fortunate to have a 911 Turbo S as my exotic. My buyout is a nice $45k and will have 36-38k miles at the end of the lease. It is loaded. I'm looking for opinions and experiences with a long-term owner of this car or tech. I drove an X5M60 which of course is not a substitute. That was before driving it which was a huge disappointment. Who wants a 5k RPM before gear shift at a steady 30 MPH on a neighborhood road?? I will buy it out unless the knowledge base of this group shoots up some red flags. I'm not interested in buying it and flipping it. Thanks.
