Mardo, are you looking for original factory wheels or aftermarket? If you're looking for factory wheels, this site has a pretty comprehensive list of BMW wheels and their style numbers. Once you figure out which style you are looking for, you may want to Google it that way (ie. BMW wheel style 25). http://felgenkatalog.auto-treff.com/
There isn't a whole lot available in an E36 fitment, but styles 32 and 42 shouldn't be too hard to find. Remember, there are wheels in those styles that look the same, but are made to fit other cars (like the 5 and 7) and they won't fit an E36, so make sure you look for the correct width and offset when you scour craigslist.
