   82k miles checked batt, alt, both good tried new batt. still wont turn over. tried to jump once started drove half hr turned off waited 5mins. will not turn over.

   towed to dealer they put in new starter under warranty

   I think I have the same problem. 2007 BMW525i. I will have to have it towed to a place nearby.
