I have a 98 M Roadster that I love however it has one major design flaw from where I am sitting behind the wheel. The windshield rear view mirror is directly in my line of site when taking right hand curves and it is SO Large that it is really a challenge to see around. I don't dare remove it and go with nothing because that won't work well in traffic. Years ago I had a 55 Healy and it had a very very small oval rear view that hardly blocked your vision. I have been searching the web for a replacement to the stock giant they hung on the M but unable to locate one. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?? Thanks, Pete
Have you looked into any mirrors from other BMW's that might work for you. Like the E46 M3 oval mirror or z4?
