   Has anyone else encountered this? I downloaded and read the most recent issues (July and August 2014) but I'm getting this looping error today when trying to download the September issue.

   Roundel is available the 2nd Tuesday of the month.

   Thanks for the explanation Steven. When I saw that I was able to click on the September issue, I assumed that it was available. I will try again tomorrow.
